While these past few weeks, and the immediate future, is something very different than anything we have experienced, now is a great time to plan for the future. Change can be necessary for growth, but there needs to be a strategy for any change.
As for your employee benefits, this is an extremely valuable part of being employed at any particular business. There is only so much "top talent" in the marketplace. It is important to have a strategy to recruit that top talent AND to KEEP that top talent. What is your strategy? When is the last time your current benefits advisor talked to you about an overall strategy for ALL of your employee benefits and the enrollment process???
